How we approach healing

Healing doesn’t start with doing more — it starts with support.

We think about healing like a tree.

If the roots and trunk aren’t supported, the branches struggle —
no matter how much effort is focused on the leaves.

Symptoms are often the branches.
Foundations are what hold everything up underneath.

At Cornerstone, we look at five foundational areas when one or more of these foundations are strained, the body compensates.
That compensation is often what shows up as fatigue, anxiety, digestive issues, brain fog, etc.
